Ellouise’s Story

Ellouise’s story shows what can be achieved with a positive attitude and perseverance. Joining us fresh from school on an apprenticeship programme, she put her all into learning the role at her local depot. It was then that Ellouise saw her future in another role, and has gone from strength to strength ever since.

Ellouise's Story

Being a teenager is tough. For Ellouise, it was even harder as she was in foster care. When she joined us at 16 as an Apprentice, she found people she could rely on. That support boosted Ellouise’s self-belief and she moved to a full-time position. Growing in confidence has benefited Ellouise outside of work as she takes on parenthood.
